Aero-Zero

Aero-Zero is a fully custom 4-layer PCB flight computer designed from scratch in KiCad. Built around the STM32F405 microcontroller, it integrates a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W compute module for high-level mission logic and ExpressLRS for ultra-low-latency RC link. The board handles IMU fusion, barometric altitude, GPS navigation, and PWM/DSHOT outputs to ESCs — all within a compact, stackable form factor optimised for 5-inch class frames.

Fliphack

Fliphack is a compact, ESP32-S3-powered portable multi-tool inspired by the Flipper Zero concept but designed entirely in-house. It features a CC1101 sub-GHz transceiver, an nRF24L01+ 2.4 GHz module, PN532 NFC reader/writer, a u-blox GPS module, and dual antennas — all packed onto a custom PCB with a small colour TFT display and a rechargeable LiPo battery. Firmware is written in C++ with a menu-driven UI for RF analysis, NFC card emulation, GPS logging, and more.

Super3DMaker

Super3DMaker is a bespoke 3D printer controller board built around the powerful STM32F407VET6 MCU. Designed as a drop-in upgrade for common printer frames, it exposes multiple UART/SPI/I²C peripherals, supports up to 5 stepper drivers (with UART configuration), has high-current MOSFETs for heated bed and hotend, a bootloader-compatible USB-C port, and is fully compatible with Klipper firmware. Designed in KiCad with careful attention to power-plane integrity and thermal management.
